House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer praised President Donald Trump for fulfilling commitments to the American public within the first 100 days of his term.

Comer stated, “America is back under President Trump’s leadership. In just 100 days, President Trump has delivered on dozens of promises made to the American people.” He emphasized Trump’s efforts to address border security, alleging an end to what he termed the “Biden Border Crisis.” According to Comer, the borders are “the most secure they have been in decades,” attributing this to Trump’s measures targeting criminal illegal immigrants.

Comer also applauded Trump’s economic policies, suggesting they have reversed “Bidenflation” and revitalized job growth in the United States. Furthermore, he credited Trump with halting what he called the “radical left’s Green New Deal scam” and re-establishing energy independence by promoting American-made energy.

Additionally, Comer highlighted Trump’s efforts against “waste, fraud, and abuse within the federal government,” claiming a restoration of “commonsense” in Washington. He assured that the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will maintain collaboration with the Trump Administration to ensure that the federal government functions effectively and transparently, aiming to align with the expectations of the American public.
