The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has released a video of Annie Tomasini’s deposition. This action is part of an ongoing investigation into the alleged cover-up concerning President Biden’s cognitive decline and unauthorized executive actions. Tomasini, a confidant of Biden, is the third individual in this investigation to invoke the Fifth Amendment, following Dr. Kevin O’Connor and Anthony Bernal.

During her deposition, Tomasini invoked her right against self-incrimination in response to all questions posed. These questions included whether she had been instructed by Joe Biden, his family members, or anyone at the White House to lie about his health status; whether she advised President Biden on handling classified documents found in his garage; if there were instructions from President Biden or White House personnel to conceal or destroy classified materials located at his home or office; and whether she conspired with others in the White House to hide information related to the Biden family’s business dealings.

Further details can be accessed through a statement from Comer regarding Tomasini’s decision to plead the Fifth.
