Rep. James Comer, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Kentucky's 1st district, has been active on social media discussing various political issues. On March 25, 2025, Comer addressed criticisms of his legislation aimed at fast-tracking government reorganization plans under President Trump. He stated that "Democrats want you to believe that my legislation to fast-track President Trump's government reorganization plans is an unprecedented power grab." He argued that past presidents like Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama have similarly sought congressional approval for presidential reorganization authority.

Later the same day, Comer commented on what he perceives as a priority for Democrats, asserting that "All The Left Wants To Do Right Now Is Protect The Bureaucracy." This statement was shared via a tweet tagging Fox News Radio.

On March 26, 2025, Comer turned his attention to public broadcasting entities NPR and PBS. He criticized them for allegedly undermining public trust through biased reporting and announced that their CEOs would testify before the GOP Oversight DOGE Subcommittee. Comer noted this development by tweeting "NPR & PBS have undermined the trust of Americans, dismissing calls to perform balanced reporting." Additionally, he mentioned his upcoming appearance on "Mornings with Maria" to discuss these issues further.
