The City of Owensboro is gearing up for its 30th annual Trail of Treats! The family-friendly Halloween event returns to downtown Owensboro for an evening of trick-or-treating, Balloon Twisters, appearances by some of your favorite characters, and fun music! Over 70 local businesses and organizations will have booths set up downtown, handing out candy and treats. Wear your costumes and bring the whole family downtown for a night of fun to kick-off the Halloween festivities!
