City Hall: Closed
Parks & Recreation: The Parks & Recreation Administration Center will be closed. Dugan Best Recreation Center, The Edge Ice Center, Hillcrest Golf Course, and Ben Hawes Golf Courses will remain open.
Owensboro Transit System: City buses will run on a holiday schedule, 7:45 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
