In a tweet dated March 31, 2025, Comer emphasized the potential role of artificial intelligence in identifying federal government waste and fraud. He stated, "Over the next decade, artificial intelligence has the capability of detecting trillions of dollars of waste and fraud in the federal government. President Trump and Elon Musk recognize that AI is the new frontier. Congress can’t afford to get caught flat-footed."

Another tweet on the same day, March 31, 2025, referenced border security issues. Comer highlighted a report from the Los Angeles Times regarding the California-Mexico border and contrasted it with the situation he attributed to President Biden’s policies.
